COMPANY HISTORY
We wish to introduce ourselves as one of the leading manufacture and supplier of sugar machinery. Our organization was established in 1977, where we used to carry out Dynamic Balancing of ID Fan, FD Fan, Blower, Centrifugal Basket & Turbine Rotor etc. Later we started designing and manufacturing of sugar equipments like GRPF, TRPF, Mill Rollers, Fibrizor, Cutter, Leveller, Cane Handling Equipments, Pan, Crystallizer, Evaporator Body, Sulphur Burner etc.
We also undertake IBR work related to Boiler like Super Heater Coils, Economizer Coils, Boiler Bank Tubes, Headers, HP Steam Piping etc.
We are ISO 9001-2000 Certified to Manufacturing of Sugar Plant Machinery and Equipments. We have fully equipped workshop with latest machinery, so that all the fabrication / machining jobs are done in house, only resulting good quality, fast delivery. We have very high qualified and young engineering staff with sound knowledge of work.
At present we have two well established Workshops in Gokul Shirgaon MIDC, Kolhapur where we manufacture following jobs in house.

5. Full and Bigger Size Under Feed Roller Assembly.
6. Boiling House Equipments: Vaccum Pans, Evaporators, Juice Heaters, Crystallizers, Transient Heaters, Vapour Cells, Semi-Kestners, Falling Film Evaporators, Vertical Crystallizers etc.
7. Modification of Batch Type Pans. Conversion of High Head Pans into Low Head.
8. Supply & Erection of Boiler Pressure Parts ( IBR ) like Super Heaters, Economisers, Boiler Bank Tubes, Membrane Panel Assembly, Headers, HP Steam Piping and Heat Exchangers.
We offer Upgradation, Erection, and Commissioning Services on Old Boilers, Boiler Bank Tubes, Super Heater, Heat Exchangers, Economiser, Steam Piping and other Pressure Parts.
All Boiler Pressure Parts/ Steam Piping are manufactured, fabricated, radiographed, stress relieved, hydro tested and stamped in accordance with Indian Boiler Regulations Act.

14. We also carry out machining of Shaft / Rollers / Mill Bearings etc.
-:: MAJOR PROJECTS EXECUTED ::-
2) We had Supplied, Erected and successfully commissioned complete Mill House and Boiling House suitable for 600 to 1000 TCD Mini Sugar Plant to M/s. SATISH SUGARS LTD. GOKAK. The supplied Mills are of size 22” x 42” a unique size first time in India having low RPM and Free Floating Advanced Technology. The performance is very satisfactory and excellent compare to any Big size Mills. (2003-2004)
Also completed BOILING HOUSE STRUCTURE & EQUIPMENTS Design, Supply & Erection suitable for 5000 TCD. (2006-2007)
3) Order executed of Rs. 3.00 Crores of M/s. ATHANI FARMERS SUGAR FACTORY LTD., ATHANI (KARNATAKA) for the Expansion & Modification of existing Mill House having NHEC 33” x 66” 4 Mill Tandam from 2500 to 4500 TCD wherein we have supplied GRPF 4 Nos. of 1st & 2nd Mill as per drawing and design approved by JPMA. (2004-2005)
4) JAMKHANDI SUGARS LTD., JAMKHANDI (KARNATAKA) GRPF for 1st Mill of 33” x 66” WIL Make and 80 M.T. Low Head Rapid Boiling Vacuum Pan. Order worth Rs. 1.75 Crores executed in 2006-2007.
5) BILAGI SUGAR MILL LTD., BADGANDI (KARNATAKA) Mill House Expansion with New Swing Hammer Type Fibrizor, Second Cane Carrier, Donnelly Chute and GRPF for 1st Mill order worth Rs. 1.15 Crore as per JPMA Design. (2006-2007)
6) EXPORTED - Swing Hammer Type Fibrizor suitable for 3500 TCD to NZOIA SUGAR CO., KENIYA through JPMA in the year 2005-2006.
7) NIRANI SUGARS LTD., Mudhol, Dist. Bagalkot (Karnataka) Supply Boiling House Equipments suitable for 5000 TCD, order worth Rs. 4.25 Crores in the year 2007-08.
8] Recently we carried out the work of Cane Preparatory Devices, Cane Handling System, Mill House, Boiling House up gradation, IBR Steam & Exhaust piping job for M/s. New Phaltan Sugar Works Ltd. worth of Rs. 2.5 Crores.
